Bookkeeping and Preparation of Financial Statement
Scope:
1. Inspection of vouchers/documents classification and processing of financial vouchers, receipts, and relevant documents as prepared by the client.
2. Checking of account-keeping procedures and operation to ensure correctness in accordance with official requirements.
3. Bookkeeping, posting, and closing of accounts for the year ended December of every year.
4. To arrange and submit PND 1, 3, 53, and VAT to the Revenue Department monthly (include security fund).
5. To contact the Social Security Fund, Revenue Department, and Ministry of Commerce in case of any problems that relate to the service year.
Client to receive:
1. Classified and processed vouchers/accounting documents.
2. Properly recorded cash books and journals.
3. Processed ledger books.
4. Profit and loss statement/balance sheets and other financial statements on a monthly basis.
5. Observations and recommendations on the client’s account-keeping system.
